Time sheets are made available on-line
to allow candidates to submit their hours. A digital time
sheet is accessed by the candidate, filled in and submitted
for the client / Your Company to view and approve the hours/days
declared, or dispute as necessary.
All of the data from every time sheet
ever submitted can be instantly accessed at any time. Various
options would allow the candidate to filter for certain information.
For example if the candidate wanted to view all time sheets
from a certain employer, or from a certain month, the name
or date range could be selected. If the candidate wanted to
view or print their time sheets at any time, they would all
be available.
As time sheets can be viewed and/or
processed differently from company to company, further discussions
would need to take place prior to implementation to review requirements.
