One of the most useful features to
provided is for the candidate to enter their details online.
It consists of a form (see below) with text boxes for the
candidate to enter in their personal details. The registration
process is swift and easy, with more in-depth data, such as
work experience being entered through the CV Section later.
Paloma Systems can put any data fields
required, for example: Name, DOB, Address, Contact Numbers,
Nationality, and Country. Data can be dynamically extracted
from the datasets in the database to form dropdown lists on
the site. The qualifiers list could be set up within the database
for candidates to add skills to the candidate’s record.
According to requirements, fields can be made either compulsory
or optional for filling in on the site.
When the candidate registers
they enter a username and password. These are then used to
access their data at any time in the future so they can update
their details.
