Fortuna Executive offers comprehensive recruitment
software for executive search and selection. It incorporates permanent
vacancies and contract work, search and selection, shortlisting,
interview scheduling, full mail merge capabilities and automatic
emailing with attachments.
The software also allows a variety of documents (text files, graphics,
spreadsheets) to be embedded within the database, against specific
candidates and clients, which can be accessed quickly from Executive
itself, and also automatically sent as email attachments.
Executive keeps all people in the same central
database, who are assigned a status according to whether they
are client contacts, candidates, or any other status which you
can easily set up yourself. This allows maximum opportunity to
target every person on your database for recruitment, regardless
of the type of person they are, and to accurately describe them
using your own terminology.

Overview
Above all Executive gives you control over
your Organisation and your data. It is primarily activity based and
designed to work in harmony with your search and selection process,
incorporating:
Comprehensive online help.
A fully customisable skills list, which is used to match candidates
to vacancies.
Data entry is kept to a minimum and made extremely quick by Executive's
Quick Data entry form, allowing basic data entry, import of emailed
CVs and other documents, set up of links to client companies,
for any number of candidates at a time.
Candidates and client contacts are all kept together in a central
database, enabling searches to include or exclude individuals
by as required.
All forms are designed to take the user logically and chronologically
through the search and selection process.
Simple but effective navigation to quickly find the record you
want to view.
Executive's main features are:
Automatic candidate to vacancy matching. Results can then be filtered
by eg availability, salary requirements.
Other candidate searches, including: text searches within embedded
documents, text searches within fields contained in the database.
Searches can also be combined at the same time or made one after
the other to filter search results.
Searches which match vacancies to a given candidate.
A diary facility to track events, record activities and manage
your items to do. This also includes an alarm which warns you
when you have upcoming tasks and flexible filtering options allowing
you to view the diary entries you want to see.
Automatic diray entries after eg placing a candidate, sending
emails, letters.
The Fortuna Synchronisation Module allows remote offices and personnel
to utilise the data from the main office. Data can be synchronised
on a regular basis to ensure everyone has access to the same information.
Full invoicing capability and data export to accounts software.
Documents in a variety of file formats (eg graphics files, Word
documents, Excel documents) can be embedded in the database. This
includes CVs which candidates provide you with, by email or floppy
disc, which can be used for text searches.
Shortlist production, allowing key information to be stored on
candidates and also allowing automatic emailing and mail merging
to those candidates. These emails and letters can also include
attached files, such as CV documents, and job descriptions.
Interview scheduling, allowing automatic emailing and mail merging
