Housing Register
is an application that shares the same data as WRAPP 2000. It
is an ideal administrative tool that facilitates your ability
to track and manage your list of applications from hopeful tenants
and any existing void properties.
Housing
Register is intended to stand alongside WRAPP
2000 as an integrated reference for storing all details regarding
potential new tenants and any void (vacant) properties that may
exist. The system is user friendly and flexible and has been created
in collaboration with a South East based Housing Association to
fully meet the demands of their organisation and has already proven
itself to be an indispensable reference facility.
Housing Register offers
the following resources:
- The ability to record key information about applications,
such as previous properties, landlords, benefits an applicant
might be receiving and any associated care requirements.
- Allows for joint applications by two co-applicants.
- Has full automatic mail merging capabilities.
- Allows for the creation of your own points system to allow
you to rate the applicants by their needs.
- Tracks the process of housing an applicant, by recording
all offers made, rejected and accepted.
- Allows applications to be deferred for a set period of time
and for the deferred applications to be reviewed on a periodic
basis.
- Facilitates searches to be carried out for best matches of
applications to void properties, by number of points, date of
application, type of housing looked for (e.g. number of bedrooms,
area, type of property).
- Multiple applications can be easily made by previous applicants,
without the need to re-enter data.
- Existing WRAPP 2000 tenants can also make applications.
Includes a diary facility, which allows all dealings with applicants
to be recorded.
- Reports on details of applicants, application totals and
rejections/deferrals. These are filterable using a number of
criteria including; type of application, number of bedrooms
required and ethnicity.
