Day Book
is a stand-alone application that shares the same data as WRAPP
2000. It is an ideal administrative tool for staff members who's
sole task is to collect payments, record and enter to the rent
accounting system.
Day
Book is intended to operate in conjunction with
WRAPP 2000. Retaining Paloma's high
standards as being a system which is user friendly and flexible.
General Features of Daybook are as follows:
- Created for
the sole purpose of basic data entry - to record the days collection
of rents/monies from tenants, entered via a simple screen
- Monies are
allocated to a rental period, therefore they can only be entered
for the current or future period
- Report available
to reconcile with banking records & credit slips
- Simple process
will update Wrapp 2000 with transactions for the current rental
period
- Limited information
on Properties & Tenants can be viewed; restricted to read
only
