Again an early despatch for the month of May, unfortunately for my work colleagues (NOT for me!!), I'm flying off to warmer weather for a well earned break hence another newsletter ahead of schedule.

    Tip of the Day
   

Enterprise tip - An easy way to find a candidate or contact from part of their address, phone or mobile number is to use the Find People option available from the the toolbar.

 

    New Release for May
   

Enterprise 2.1.9 now available

New features include:

  • Archived candidates, diary entries - these can now be added and edited
  • Number Of | Active vacancies form now only lists non filled vacancies with
    a shortlist to bring in line with the report and F2000
  • Candidate Options - you can now specify default values for Pay By BACS and PAYE
  • Client Options - can now specify default Tax Code
  • Client Select now displays the Tax Code
  • Summary Export - Client Contacts. A new filter has been added for position allowing the use of wildcards
  • Candidates Extended Search Critera - it is now possible to set results and sort the order
  • Viewing Candidates - if the candidate record cannot be located, the archives will be
    searched and the Archived Candidate displayed, if found
  • You are now able to copy multiple vacancies with placements from the Vacancy Select form
  • You can filter the 'add' sub-form on the Timesheet to weekly and monthly
  • You can now delete Timesheets from Utilities just look for Timesheet Review
  • The ommision of Consultant on the Candidate report has been corrected
  • Interviews button removed from Main Menu and added to the View menu
  • Extra criteria fields have been added to the Find People form including addess and phone number

April's hints were:

Enterprise tip 1 - Email your candidate's CVs directly from the search results by ensuring that the document's Sendable CV tick box is ticked.

Enterprise tip 2 - When adding timesheets, use the Timesheet's Select tab to check whether an unprocessed timesheet already exists before adding a new one.
